2-1/2 c cooked corned beef (packaged)
1 jar (16 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed, well drained
2 c (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
2 c (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c mayo
Spray 9x13 pan and spread it all
Bake 350 degrees F till bubbly, ½ hour or so.
OR-put in 3 qt slow cooker; cover 1 hour (on high) or 3 hours (on low)
Serve with crackers or veggies or Rye Bread
